ASSEMBLE
Design and Documentation
The task of assembling all the reports, approvals, permits and fees for a Heritage project can be intimidating. You might not know where to begin, but we do! Our consultants have the knowledge, training and experience in preparing all the relative documents required in obtaining a Heritage permit for any Municipality. It is at this stage we will create detailed blueprints that outline the restoration work to be done; including structural repairs, historical features, aesthetic enhancements, and modern updates.

Once all the preparation work is done it is time to make the vision come alive. We have 50 years of experience in project management and the resources to get the job done right.
